Who we are.

We have seen too many people taken advantage of by bigger companies and people overcharged by firms not doing a proper job. You will not be an account number on a piece of paper. You are special and will be treated the way we all want to be treated.

If a problem arises while you are not here, we will handle it. If we cannot fix it personally, we have access to reliable and reasonable service people to cover almost anything. If you prefer, We will meet your contractor and make sure everything is done the way you want. We do not use contractors that we would not use in our own homes.

Once a month or every week, it is up to you. Want food in the house when you get home and the house freshened up, we have got you covered. If you want to ship things ahead, no problem. It will be waiting for you when you arrive.

If you would like to rent out your property when you are not using it, we are here to help. We will do in between cleanings and be the contact person if any emergencies arise. We will swing by and just make sure everything is ok. We will tailor our services to fit your needs.

Charo Strom

I was born and raised in Peru. After visiting the USA, I made the decision to start a new life in Virginia. I meet and fell in love with my husband and we started our family.

We spent a lot time visiting Florida on and off and eventually decided to move here.

My husband and I started a new business in 2005, and as our family grew, I divided my time between my three boys and helping my husband run the business.

Over the years I learned a lot about home inspections and what is needed to run a successful company. After many conversations with a good friend who has experience in property management our company was born.

Lisa Griffith

I am a mom of two amazing boys (almost men). We moved to Sarasota almost 10 years ago to give our children an amazing new type of life. I have been in both residential and commercial property management for over 30 years.

In the last ten years, I have become a widow and a cancer survivor. It has given me the opportunity to learn to handle any and all situations and to always give at least 100 percent in everything I do.

I love to help others and this is another way that I can help. I believe that when you can take worry away from someone even in little ways, it helps improve someone’s life.
